Mind over Weight Weekend Workshop Feedback

Not unlike a lot of woman, I have struggled with weight and diets for most of my teenage and adult life. Prior to taking the workshop, the idea that by changing my thinking I could become a slim person was totally mind boggling. 18 months after taking the workshop, I have evolved in so many positive ways that I cannot adequately describe in a few sentences how these concepts can improve your life at every level. As it relates to food, I am no longer haunted by it. I enjoy eating in moderation. I no longer bother with the rituals of bingeing or out cheating whatever diet I am currently trying. I am free to eat what I want and have the body I choose. It's fabulous!


I have known for a long time that my issues with food are emotional, but didn't understand how to address them (even after eighteen plus months of therapy.) This has given me the tools to start healing. I accomplished things during the two days that I didn't know I was capable of.


My pants were falling down! I attended a workshop and worked at developing all the techniques that I got from the workshop. A few months of working through various issues seemed to produce no results. So I let it go, but continued to use the comfort response I had developed. Well after about 5 months, it kicked in! While I wasn't paying attention I went down two whole sizes. I looked back and realized that my eating habits and the kind of food I had cravings for changed, naturally, without me following any specific diet. I realized I had been eating less, healthier and I wasn't hungry. All the work I had done had manifested! I had made a deal with myself that I would get a new pair of jeans when the old pair fell down. Well, wasn't I surprised when I got up one day, put on my jeans, thought they were really too big and I was able to pull them down while they were fully zipped and buttoned! MP

Enjoyed this workshop. With the tools learned at this workshop I know I can change my life and my weight. My motivation has been reinforced! Through this new understanding now with my follow through on my homework I can be naturallly slim! Thank you Patricia!! JB


I thought Trish taught a fantastic technique that anyone can use to interact with the limbic system and apply to more than just losing weight. It's completely life changing knowledge that she passes on, and for those that can embrace it, it makes a wonderfully positive change in their lives.
